First Pesto Genovese 2017

This was our first Pesto Genovese in 2017!

Fresh basil from our garden was the star! The smell of fresh basil means summer is here!
As usual, I quickly blanched basil leaves to remove their grassy bitter taste and enhance sweetness. I used a little bit more garlic this time. Did J noticed it?
