Simple Stovetop Macaroni & Cheese
It was a great solution to finish the leftover aged cheddar up! I adapted the recipe from Cooks Illustrate. Literally it was simple. Basically it was a one-pot recipe. Easy to clean up. First of all, the dish was very smooth, creamy, cheesy and delicious. Another winner from Cooks Illustrated!
