Homemade Fresh Fettuccine with Seafood in Vermouth Sauce

This was homemade fresh Fettuccine with seafood in vermouth sauce.

It's always fun to make our own fresh pasta! I followed Lidia's recipe to make tender egg-rich pasta dough as usual. Some noodles were short; some were extra long, but our pasta machine still works beautifully.
We bought cod, shrimps, and scallops, cooked them in olive oil, garlic, vermouth, and quick homemade seafood broth that I made with shrimp shells. I think I cooked shrimps a little too long, but the dish was fine and satisfying with a small bowl of tomato and green salad.
