J's Country Omelette's again
Like the last time, cheese and fresh chives were in! It was a little bit more runny inside but more nicely golden brown outside. Soft like a pillow and delicious! I still don't know what was a trigger for him to start cooking omelette, but that doesn't matter. I simply like to see him enjoying it!
