Kürbiskernöl (Pumpkin Seed Oil) from Austria

Our recent trip to Austria told me that Austria made only delicious jam but also wonderful pumpkin seed oil, or Kürbiskernöl. We brought a bottle of pumpkin seed home that was produced by Kürbishof Koller, a small family run farm  located in the southern part of Steiermark (Styria in English), a mountainous, forested state in southern Austria. J and I have't had pumpkin seed oil before. The oil is incredibly nutty and toasty. Its color looks pretty dark, almost black in the bottle but actually beautiful lime green.

At the first time we drizzled the special oil over baked cod in foil. We also used as a salad dressing with apple or floral vinegar several times. I have quickly became a big fan of pumpkin seed oil. It's so tasty! I read an online source recommending to drizzle the oil on vanilla ice cream. I would love to try it!
